Automation App · Private internal business tools
End-user license agreement
Effective September 10, 2026
This agreement governs use of Automation App, a private internal application operated by Mark Huetsch (the “operator”) for businesses he administers and their authorized collaborators. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
Access and permitted use
The operator grants invited users limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable permission to use the app for authorized internal business purposes. There is no public registration. These publicly accessible policy pages do not grant access to the app or any business records.
Use the app only for businesses and accounts you are authorized to administer or assist. Do not share access with unauthorized people, bypass access controls, misuse connected data, or sell or redistribute access to the app.
Connected accounts
You must have permission from the relevant business to connect its QuickBooks or other account. Intuit controls its account authorization process; its services remain subject to its own terms and policies. Authorize only the access needed for the intended business work, protect your account credentials, and report suspected unauthorized access to the operator.
Preparation and review
The app is designed to support retrieval and review of business records and preparation for bookkeeping, tax, and compliance work. Features may be tested using Intuit sandbox accounts before being enabled for live accounts.
You are responsible for checking source records, calculations, and prepared outputs before relying on them. Connecting an account or accepting this agreement does not authorize the operator or app to submit a tax return or insurance audit, make a real payment, or take another consequential action on your behalf. Any such action requires separate authorization.
Data and ownership
Business records remain the property of their respective owners. You permit the operator to access and process authorized records to provide the internal workflow, as described in the privacy policy. This agreement does not transfer ownership of your records, the app, or third-party software.
Availability and ending access
The app is provided as available. Features may change or become unavailable, and uninterrupted service or error-free results are not guaranteed. The operator may suspend or end access, including when authorization ends or misuse is suspected. You may stop using the app and revoke its access through the connected provider or contact the operator for help. Revoking access stops future retrieval; it does not automatically delete records already retained.
Changes and contact
Updates will be posted here with a new effective date. The operator will notify authorized users of material changes before they take effect. Nothing in this agreement limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
